Privacy Policy

Draft, last updated October 31, 2026. Operator: Noah Geoffrey Belsito.

What we keep

• Your name and email, and confirmation that you stated you are 18 or older. Your date of birth is checked and not stored.
• Your chats, memories, uploads and generated media.
• Payment records: plan, date and transaction hash. Blockchains are public, so a transaction can't be erased.
• Your ratings, and confidence scores for replies, which contain no chat text.

Where it goes

Data sits on the operator's server. Replies are generated on rented GPUs at RunPod over a private network, encrypted backups-in-transit go to Cloudflare R2, and hosting is with the VPS provider. It isn't sold, and it isn't used for advertising.

Training

Your chats do not train any model unless you opt in. Thumbs-up ratings are only used for training after you opt in.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy or deletion of your account and data using the deletion form. Backups age out within 30 days.
